How to Request a 24-Hour Remote Appraisal

To ensure a fast turnaround, gather the following photos and email them directly to our appraisal team.

Note: Providing evidence of mechanical needs is the most effective way to justify a lower tax valuation.

1. Documentation

  • Clear photo of Vehicle Registration (to verify VIN and Trim).
  • Photo of the odometer showing current mileage.

2. Exterior (4 Corners)

  • Photos from all four angles: Front-left, front-right, rear-left, rear-right.
  • Close-ups of any visible body damage, paint wear, or rust.

3. Interior & Mechanical

  • Clear shots of front seats, dashboard, and engine bay.
  • Computer scan report (OBD) if available.

4. Maintenance Records

  • Copies of recent major repair receipts.
  • Copies of pending service estimates.
